Prices on this web site are F.O.B Kathmandu, Nepal. Transportation costs from Kathmandu to country of destination are for purchaser’s account. The amount of those charges will be indicated on client invoice at time of order. We use DHL Courier who set the rates. RETURNS POLICY

Our General Policy is to provide customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the item or items you have purchased, you must notify us promptly, within 7 days following delivery of the goods. You must notify us in writing, by Fax or Email addressed to info@ebaysuppliers.com giving us full details and reasons of your dissatisfaction. Without notification and past that 7 day delay, Ebaysuppliers shall cease to be financially responsible and you specifically agree to hold us harmless of all consequences. Any goods to be returned to us must be carefully re-packed using the same packing materials as were originally employed. You must utilize an authorized international carrier such as DHL (preferred), UPS or Fedex, obtain, and send us a copy of their receipt (scanned copy) by email. All transportation charges to return the goods to us in Kathmandu, Nepal are for your account (as the “ original purchaser”) and under no circumstances will Ebaysuppliers be responsible for their cost/payment.
Furthermore, in the event there are customs duties payable or other charges levied on us on arrival in Nepal, as a result of these returned goods, .said charges will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed to you from and within the limits of the goods (original) purchase price.
